The Haunting of Queer Hollows

Themes: Ghosts, Horror, Biblical. Set in a fictional Midwestern American town in the early 2000's. A transman in his early 20's unknowingly inherits a cursed house from his grandfather. Needing help with renovations, he decides to open his home to some fellow queer university students in exchange for cheap room and board. But strange things start happening in the house, and the local bishop seems awfully interested in it, and them. Will they survive this house.... and this town?
